Welcome to Shi by Shireen website. By accessing this website, you agree to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions that apply to this website. The terms and conditions applicable to this website are subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to change the content or services on the website without prior notice.
QUALITY CONTROL
Every Shi by Shireen product has passed a good and thorough quality check, if defects are found in the product, immediately contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our Customer Service will re-examine the product. If there is a defect in our product, we will make a full product replacement or refund.
In each product, Shi by Shireen lists how to care for and wash according to the characteristics of the ingredients. Shi by Shireen is not responsible for any loss or product caused by mistakes you make because you do not follow the product care instructions.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
Every product in Shi by Shireen is available as long as it is not marked "Sold Out". To make it easier, follow us on Instagram @shibyshireen or directly contact our admin for product availability information.
We always ensure that our system can work well to provide the best service to customers. If a customer accidentally orders a product whose stock is not available, the order will be canceled automatically and will obtain information via email or phone. If your order has been canceled but you have already paid, you will be given the option to buy/replace it with another product or ask for your money back.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
When placing an order make sure again that you have checked the number of products and the desired size, we also recommend that you check and read the product description and take measurements before completing the order. After checkout, you cannot change or add new items to the shopping cart. Immediately reorder if you make a mistake in the checkout process.
Shi by Shireen reserves the right to cancel or not process an order if stock is not available or an error in the inventory system. Shi by Shireen will make a full refund of the payment.
The deadline to make a payment is 20 Minutes after ordering, within that period, you are also required to confirm the payment. If you exceed the deadline, your order will be canceled automatically. Immediately contact our admin if your order status is canceled when you have made a payment.
Once we receive the payment, we will confirm the payment and the order status will be changed to "Confirm". Once we confirm the payment, we will deliver the order the next day.
1. Delivery of Goods
Delivery of goods is carried out by Shi by Shireen no earlier than 1x24 hours after confirmation of payment on working days. The length of delivery time depends on the delivery service chosen. After arriving at the delivery service, the goods are under the responsibility of the freight forwarder. Receipts will be updated regularly H + 1 from delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the location and weight of the product you are purchasing.
3. Length of Delivery Time
Delivery of orders will be made from our head office in Jakarta. Regular Delivery takes 2–3 business days. Please note that for some cities, our delivery service does not provide express services so delivery may take up to 6 working days.
PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, Shi by Shireen only accepts payments via Bank transfer, Qr Codes & E-Wallets every transaction is processed securely. Shi by Shireen does not store any information relating to bank or debit card information. Shi by Shireen is not responsible if any transaction is made outside the registered account.
